LG203X AMST Proposal
An in-house wooden manufacturer’s model of a
projected AMST (Advanced Military STOL)
transport. This was Lockheed’s
unsuccessful submission to the same competition
as the BoeingYC-14 and McDonnell Douglas YC-15,
which were chosen to be developed through to
prototype evaluation. Dating from around 1974,
it is quite probably a unique model. |
